WELCOME TO THE WRITE STUFF

This section of our community web site presents stories about the local area. The section has been created partly in association with Lancaster's Spotlight Club and we are grateful to both Ron Baker and Sarah Fiske for their time reading submissions and deciding on the contributions we will use. Thanks also to those who circulated our original e-mail about this project, including Ann Wilson.

We're looking for stories based in the local area, which reflect the community we live in. They can be contemporary, historical, funny or fantastic as long as they are based in the area. They might even be accounts of real-life events that have had a major impact on local life. For more details and information on format, click here
